Players will find Taptaf next to the rarespawn, Idej the Wise. Follow the coast south of Fletcher's Hollow in southeastern Drustvar, until you reach a small wooden dock with a boat. Travel up the road from the dock, and you'll find Idej the Wise at a small house. Defeat this NPC and Taptaf will move toward you with a quest.
