CPulley1	The other ones weren't working for me. Muar is a common drop from Maut in Ny'alotha, and the Eye of Corruption is a common drop from N'zoth. Worked 2 out of times, but it was close. Wanted to add that Manafiend has to be a H/S breed (I used Erudite Manafiend), otherwise my Arcane eye gets swapped instead on turn 4. Otherwise works great.

Good strat. Used mini mindslayer, h/s erudite manafiend and eye of corruption (1,2,x). Used the same rotation but when eye comes in eye blast and then choas beam. Worked first try for me.

Since each of the primary pets has only one breed, it very specifically can't be a breed issue.

I haven't looked at it. There might possibly be a stats issue, making some of the automatic substitutes, which have different breeds or stats, unviable.

If you think there is such an issue, and you care enough to post about the problem, please do your part: at least specify which exact species you used, and where your experience deviated from what is expected by the strat.

I had an issue where my Arcane Eye was of rare quality, and my erudite manafiend was uncommon, causing swapping issues. I used an upgrade stone on my Erudite Manafiend and no problems.

Gráinne is correct. The only viable substitute for Erudite Manafield is the Empyreal Manafield. This should be noted in the strat. it works fine with either of those two pets.
