Any pet with Risucchio del Sangue should work as a third, however i've never tested it myself and can't guarantee it. I have had some rare instances of very bad RNG resulting in the early death of a pet, sometimes you can still make it work but other times you have to either start over or heal your pets via an alt. Some pointers to help in cases of bad RNG : If your third pet takes loads of hit early on, don't switch to it and stick to #2 til its dead, so you don't lose a round of free damage by switching, if #1 dies too soon, either switch to #2 and stick with it til its dead, or do one Life Exchange and switch to #3. The script work in case of "Normal" RNG, I'll try to adapt it over time to bad RNG cases, but the random possibilites of the fight means you might have to take over manually anyway. my bilescourge was PS and died on the last turn before getting off a hit, but we still won. it was great to actually USE Ruby Droplet!

The elusive ruby droplet made my heart sink when I saw this strat! But a search for drain blood provided a bunch of substitutes that worked well. Naxxy was the best as it has a really high health pool. Great fun strat, thank you!

The Substitutes are provided by the site itself! No need to search for abilities.

At the bottom of each pet, you will see left and right arrows, with a pair of numbers between, like "1 / 25". Those are the pets that you can use as substitutes.

They don't offer alternatives for this strat, currently, but you can click on the 'drain blood' ability and it'll link you to wowhead for other pets who have this ability. I just used Naxxy and Stoneskin Dredwing Pup (highest hps) and it worked wonderfully.

the reason it doesnt list any is because the substitute system only lists pets with the same given moves, stats and type. and since there is no other elemental with drain blood...

Worked fine for me in SL pre-patch. My Bilescourge died due to rng but didn't seem to matter too much. Very nicely constructed strategy.

I also needed to do some alternatives (Singing Sunflower for the Photo/Sunlight worked fine), and Son of Sethe + a Ruby Droplet.
Sethe doesn't seem to have enough hp to survive long, kept getting killed by Double Zap. I had better luck switching Son of Sethe to the #3 bottom slot on the team, but it still eventually died. Though a single Droplet still (more slowly) wins the fight.

Actually Antoran Bilescourge can have at most 1546 (H/P, H/S, H/B), while a Bilescourge H/H has 1725

Tried with Blood boil instead of Bilescourge. The breed was PP, so it was hitting even harder. hp - 1400 but still survived fine.

I have had some rare instances of very bad RNG resulting in the early death of a pet, sometimes you can still make it work but other times you have to either start over or heal your pets via an alt. Some pointers to help in cases of bad RNG : If your third pet takes loads of hit early on, don't switch to it and stick to #2 til its dead, so you don't lose a round of free damage by switching, if #1 dies too soon, either switch to #2 and stick with it til its dead, or do one Life Exchange and switch to #3. The script work in case of "Normal" RNG, I'll try to adapt it over time to bad RNG cases, but the random possibilites of the fight means you might have to take over manually anyway.
