This strategy is basically the same as the ones suggested here as well, but the main difference is that i did not have the Chitterspine Skitterling, and the Silithid Mini-Tank was able to do the job instead, so i figured i'd just put this strategy in here to show that you don't specifically need the Skitterling.
Then again, i might've just been lucky with RNG.
Btw, my Tol'vir Scarab was H/S, but i don't think that mattered much.

Strategy has worked for me twice in dragonflight. I will say there is definitely some RNG in this. My dragonling was at 1 HP lol. Got lucky honestly. But still a decent strat. (edited)

Yeah, it's definitely not a fight that i look forward to doing, this strategy is totally RNG dependent, so yeah, it really sucks when it goes the wrong way.
I did eventually get a Chitterspine Skitterling S/S eventually, which made it a lot easier, although i haven't done this one in a very long time again, but considering this still kinda worked for you, i assume it hasn't changed that much.

For me this did not work at all. Tank dies way before Presto reaches undead and from there on nothing works. No matter how many tries: not working with suggested team.

Well, funny thing, my initial strategy failed, so i replaced the Silithid Mini-Tank with an Effervescent Glowfly H/S, 2 1 1, the Confusing Sting seemed to help a bit, and after the Glowfly died, i swapped in the Scarab to Flank Presto until his Undeath phase, then cast Apocalypse and picked up the script from there again.
