I was able to get this to work with a PS Anklerender but the order looked like this:

Turn 1: Black Claw (Anklerender gets swapped in)
Turn 2: Primal Cry
Turn 3-4: Hunting Party (Anklerinder dies)
Turn 5: Bring in Toenibbler and black Claw (gets swapped out for Kneebiter)
Turn 6+ Hunting Party

With PS Toenibbler, I had to put my SS Anlerender in first position and do Primal Cry in the first round

Couldn't quite assemble the right breeds, so tried the following. It's sloppy and inefficient, so I'm sure could be improved.
