Quack-E is both adorable and powerful! Near solos the first two pets in half my run throughs. Tundra Penguin depends more on crits and the like, but as long as you have a third pet with Bubble as backup, should only take a few shots to win from them, even with the worst RNG.
Might also be fine with H/S Tundra Penguin, but I don't know for sure. |
