Decided to go back to basics and match each pet type. Worked like a charm. I will mark this RNG if people tell me it's not working for them, but I won two matches in person and three on petsim. So far this isn't the quickest, but it works like a charm!

221 on first rabbit, 122 on 2nd, and 121 on the snail. If you have any, first rabbit should be a H/P breed.
I had a Tolai Hare on for my 1st, H/P breed, and it tore thru Lil' Spirit Guide and managed to land a good few blows on Quillino. Opened with dodge, flurry until Lil' Spirit Guide is dead, then Burrow during the undead phase (will land on Quillino). If you get dodge back before Lil' Spirit Guide is dead, use it. After the Burrow landed on Quillino, I used Burrow on cooldown and otherwise Flurry (can't remember if I got in a 2nd Burrow Hit, but I think so).
My next rabbit finished off Quillino with Scratch spam. When Fethyr entered, i used dodge (in round 1) to avoid the Lift Off landing blow (in round 2), then spamed Stampede. I had some luck, and my Snail entered and was able to land 1 Ooze Touch while Fethyr had Shattered Defenses. Lift Off has 4 round cooldown, so count the rounds. You'll need to use Burrow in the same round as Fethyr uses Lift Off. Get Shell Shield up as soon as Shattered Defenses is gone AND you don't need to use Burrow to avoid a Lift Off hit. And pray to the Gods of RNG. Fight won, hopefully (well, it worked for me).

Its Apocalypse strategy for me worked after i first use Scratch then Apocalypse then switch to first Rabbit then Dodge Flurry Burrow until first Rabbit died then come second Rabbit again dodge burrow i managed to kill Quilino Apocalypse killed my Rabbit and Fethyr :)

Even the slowest rabbit is speed 292, which is faster than Lil' Spirit Guide at 280, Hence the choice of Flurry. And speed doesn't matter against Quillino. An H/S or P/S looks like it would be faster: 325 vs his 311, but after a couple of casts of Poweball you're going to lose that advantage. So again, take the strongest: H/P, unless there's a P/P Rabbit / Hare that I'm not aware of.

3: Ooze Touch until Whelk is dead. You can Dive to dodge a big attack if you like but it won't matter. Refresh shell shield on cooldown.
Bring in Fire Beetle if necessary.
1: Cauterize
2: Scorched Earth
3: Burn for the win!

I would classify this as a harder fight because there is VERY heavy RNG.

The rabbit lasted long enough to take out half of Quilino's health. Red Cricket killed him with swarm. Nature's Touch when Fethyr came in got cricket to near full health, so he could take first hit and do one more damage round. Whelk finished him.
