  • Has the required stats (if specified)
  • Ignores specific breed requirements for the main pet, as breeds can be very different for substitutes

High XP
At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
Script
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!
A Strategy Curator found this strategy to be especially helpful and higlighted it with this tag to give it more exposure.

Strategy found by VolRath217 in the comments of the Sir Galveston post on Wowhead:

Note Fragment of Anger needs to be H/P and Scourged Whelping needs to be P/S. Slot 3 can be any undead pet. There is a small chance of RNG error (<10% per my tests). Note that you can use any leveling pet in slot 3 if you want to level using this strategy.

Fragment of Anger (H/P) - 1,1,1
Scourged Whelping (P/S) - x,1,2

1) Spiritfire Beam
2) Soulrush
3) Spiritfire Bolt (misses)
4) Spiritfire Bolt
5) Spiritfire Beam
6) Spiritfire Bolt
7) Call Darkness
8) Dreadful Breath (last 3 rounds)
9) Dreadful Breath (last 3 rounds)

td script:

ability(Spiritfire Beam:1035)
ability(Soulrush:752)
ability(Spiritfire Bolt:1066)
ability(Spiritfire Bolt:1066)

change(Scourged Whelpling:538)

I didn't even need to use the 3rd pet but if I had, I used weebomination with Cleave so I still could affect all 3 teams! ^^

Worked fantastic first try. Coach only had 18 health and both backline pets were dead by the time Lost of Lordaeron came in. With some lucky crits I'm sure you wouldn't even need the third pet :p

I used a second Scourged Whelpling as third pet for the strategy on Blightbreath/Scourged Whelpling/Lost of Lordaeron, with the same configuration as the second (*,*,2), and hardly got to use it.

I didn't have a Lost of Lordaeron leveled, so I used a Ghostly Skull(1,2,1). It only had to do one Spectral Spike to finish off Coach, and then one Shadow Slash to finish off Sir Murkeston.
