Updated slot 1 & 3 with any level 25 Undead as per achievement requirements. Also added a health restriction to slot 3, however, Rematch will not recognize health restrictions, so as the OP says: please make sure your slot 3 has as much or more hp than your Blightbreath or slot a second Blightbreath in slot 3.

It's easy to miss the requirement that your Blightbreath NEEDS to have the lowest HP to properly be swapped in. lol

I cycled with Acid Rain on CD and spammed Dreadful Breath until Blightbreath was done. I had to finish the fight off with a HH Scourged Whelping using Call Darkness. (edited)

Blightbreath died with only Squirt remaining, but a couple quick taps from my Blighted Squirrel's Woodchipper finished the job.

Your other undead pets must have more health than your Blightbreath, or he will not get swapped in. That's 1523 for B/B up to 1588 for H/S and H/P.

Worked perfectly in 9.0.1. The only thing is I had a few crits, but still had to send a pet in to finish off the last one (was one hit away).

Worked perfectly first time, Blightbreath died with Squirt being last pet standing at 113 HP, used random pet to finish it off.
