The written instructions below include multiple conditional priorities depending on the health of the enemy pet. I used values that are safe for all breeds of Dibbler. If you use the TD script it will automatically prioritise moves based on the breed you are using.

You can use a level 1+ pet if Sprouts has the Blinding Poison skill. Its random so restart the fight until it has it. Otherwise use a Leveling Pet with 600+ HP or to be safe a Level 10+ Pet.

So I slightly modified the script, I reintroduced Wind-Up and a standby to make sure last pet is full HP to eat the damage without dying. However if the Wind-Up does crit, the level pet won't be getting exp... Here is the script:

I've only tried it once so far, but it worked just fine. Let me know if anyone runs into any conditions where it fails and will try to figure out how to tweak it.
