Substitutes:

Note: You have selected a substitute pet.
The strategy might fail if you use it with this pet instead of the one the strategy creator intended.

The substitute finder looks for these criteria in relation to the original pet:
  • Same family
  • Has the required skills
  • Has the required stats (if specified)
  • Ignores specific breed requirements for the main pet, as breeds can be very different for substitutes

This can occasionally fail. You usually will not need the third Fawn, but once in a while you also get RNG'd to death.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Low XP
At least one of the pets for this strategy require the use of a specific breed.
RNG
Not every strategy can be bullet proof. This is one of them. You might have to restart it, since there are some random elements that increase the risk of your pets failing. Don't blame them, please!
This strategy is using pets obtainable from the Wow Trading Card Game (TCG) or the auction house for potentially high sums of gold.
This strategy is using pets obtainable only from the WoW In-Game Shop for Battle.net Balance or real money.
You can use this strategy to carry a low level pet to give it experience.
Some instructions are more difficult to follow than others. That's exactly what you might find in this strategy!
Script
The strategy offers a Script that can be used with the Pet Battle Script addon. You can copy the script by clicking on the button to the left of the pets.
At least one pet in the strategy cannot be obtained anymore. If you have it, congrats!

I kept failing - uh - because I missed the 'natures ward' step. WITH natures ward, it was fine.

Never thought there would be any use of having that many fawns in collection!

Nessahelyan wrote on 2019-01-20 15:56:24

RNG is so all over the board . Solo'd with Fawn.

Belle

Yes I can confirm, all my fawns died.

karibean

Used SS Fawn, HS Gleamhoof Fawn, and a Rabbit to clean up the last pet with a single round of Flurry.

Aelfraed wrote on 2019-03-20 06:52:09

This exactly, I didn't have a third fawn so used a rabbit one hit done

Michelle

wrote on 2019-02-18 17:42:51

Finally able to use that Rescued Fawn.

Kay

wrote on 2018-12-13 21:21:14

First Fawn solo'd first two enemies, I used SS in first slot and got 2 hits on third enemy. Nature's ward when blind, Nature's ward when enemy Burrow

JestersTear

HB Fawn to start. Breezed through Atherton to start. Point of note, headbutt always misses due to being on the same round as blinding poison. A Speed variant Deer might go first and get the headbutt off and take the blind during the refresh of nature's Ward. Still finished Atherton with high health.

Next 2 pets were weird because headbutt stunned both times, meaning each time the pets swapped. Fawn died with both at 50% health or a little less.

Gazelle Fawn (B/B) got DESTROYED quickly.

Little Fawn (H/B) finished the fight with about 75% life remaining

This might be breed specific. They take a lot of damage.

Kimberleigh wrote on 2018-12-11 20:45:28

First time failed with Jennings left with 64 health, but second time worked and I didn't need the third pet. RNG, don't give up if fails at first!
