Works almost every time. There is very, very slight RNG if the first two opponents crit a lot. Also, a 2nd Chrominius works for the 2nd slot instead of Lil' Tarecgosa. It basically needs to have Surge of Power and also high health to survive Trailblazer's first hit. Emmigosa in 2nd slot does work sometimes, but has been known to fail.

Credit to DragonsAfterDark for the Discarded Experiment idea along with its abilities. Unfortunately, my H/P breed wasn't working for that strategy. There is a bit of RNG for this fight for number of turns, but I was able to get consistent wins with it. Other breeds for Emerald Proto-Whelp or Discarded Experiment may also work.

If you don't have an S/S Albinoschimärling, you can use other breeds, a Dunkelwelpling, or a Wildes Jadeschlangenjunges or Wildes Goldschlangenjunges, with Blitzschlag herbeirufen instead of Dunkelheit herbeirufen. However, with any of these replacement pets, you won't be faster than Trailblazer when you use your weather ability, so there's a chance you'll die before being able to use it.

Sunlight causes Whirly to lose a LOT of health on bonestorm (40% or 1220 health instead of 813). It also causes a a lot of dragon passive procs on sun darter AND deals some damage to the other pets.
This causes Sun darter to solo the first 2 pets with ease and damage trailblazer enough that a howl +surge of power combo will kill it easily. Trailblazer has 881 health left when sun darter dies so use a regular attack and Surge or any 2 level 25 dragons with non-dragon attacks if you don't have chrominius. Just watch his dust cloud if that is the case Not crit proof unfortunatly |
