I suggest:
TINY TWISTER: Call Lightning - Flyby - Wild Winds until first enemy dies. Then Flyby - wild Winds on second enemy.
Then use DOOM BLOOM, maybe using Healing Wave when low on healt.
I used BLAZING CINDERCRAWLER with Brittle Webbing to finish the third enemy (edited)
