This strat works just a tad bit better if you switch Fel Flame's Burn for Flame Breathe and use that instead of Conflagrate.

Didn't have Phoenix Hatchling so I used this, as suggested on Wowhead page for Corrupted blood of Argus:
There is some RNG to this strategy due to crits.
If your 2nd pet dies sooner than indicated, you will need to restart the fight.

Turn 12 is Conflagrate again with your Phoenix Hatchling if you are unlucky. If you crit some you won't need this but without crits, Fel Flame dies before Corrupted Blood and your nearly dead (but faster) Phoenix swaps back in.

Didn't have a Phoenix Hatchling levelled, so ran with a Ravenous Prideling 1-1-2 instead, as that was the only pet I had that could outspeed the Corrupted Blood.

Rest of the strat is the same, but the Prideling's turns go as follows:
1 - Seethe
2 - Breath of Sorrow
3 - Life Exchange; get swapped out by Void Gate
My Fel Flame did die later before landing the finishing blow, but the Blood was only on 220-something health, so Prideling was able to finish it off with another Seethe

This strategy worked first time for me with H/S Fel Flame and H/H Crimson Geode. After turn 11, Corrupted Blood was still at 322 health. Turn 12 my Fel Flame was killed, and Phoenix Hatchling came in with < 50 health, and was able to finish things off with a Conflagrate.
