I've had the Eye die to Delta occasionally and other times make it all the way to Little Blue and be able to blind him. The third pet just needs to have Surge of Power. There is some RNG to this because of the blinds but it seems to work most of the time for me.

If your Eye of Observation dies to Delta (rare) just restart. I've had the Eye die to Delta occasionally and other times make it all the way to Little Blue and be able to blind him.

The third pet just needs to have Surge of Power. I'm sure lots of them will work I just chose Coilfang Stalker.

Jagûar

Due to severe difficulties pointed out by commentaries and several failed attempts tried by my self after Patch 8.1 was released, I decided to play around with different abilities, using those abilities at different times ect, but eventually opted for changing Enchanted Broom for Willy and give Servant of Demidos the 3rd pet slot instead.
Different scenarios then unfolded, though I mostly encountered scenario 1 the 10 times I tried and didn't fail.
It's worth mentioning that there is always the chance of a really bad case of RNG, so be prepared for that under all circumstances.
Tricky isn't a bad thing, it merely means that you have to pay attention.

I kept the Eye of Corruption in here (1/2/2). When Scars came in, I used life exchange, eyeblast, and chaos beam). I did not have a 25 Lord Bastion, so I used Servant of Demidos with Siphon anima, lightning shield, and magic sword x 2 and won. I did not use the third pet. Thank you!

Lord Basilton died before I could get Tranquility off but Will crit on Siphon Anima and healed himself to almost full health which carried the fight. Will's self-healing is a really big advantage in these heavy RNG fights.

This worked for me, the strategy is very RNG as pointed out, but even if pet one and two die one move ahead of what the strategy lays out, there is a good chance you can still win this with Remornia by just healing on CD.
