Double check that your three pets actually ARE Level 25 Critters :) You'd be surprised how many people hit that problem,

Spireshell snail can solo if anyone needs to. Dive, absorb, ooze then Dive on cd and ooze on his cleanse round (same round not after so he uses cleanse before you attack)
