My Ruby dies before the bubble at turn 28. Have tried twice now and is the same every time.
Completed it by using Soul of the Forge - Extra Plating, Flamethrower and then Deep burn until Soul of the Forge died. Continued with the strats for Unstable Tendril and added Deep Burn as final step and won. (edited)
