DragonsAfterDark: I've altered the strat to account for when Greatest Foe is not swapped in.
That said, if you have it, the Void-Scarred Anubisath (1,2,1) would work well in slot #3 as a replacement for the Harpy. |

This stragety is highly RNG!
If your Void-Scarred Anubisath gets a crit or dies before coach restart and even you manage this the strategy stays RNG and you should react self-determined. But if you got lucky the stragety goes like this: |

The following fight is a record of one of my fights. Despite this strat is low RNG, it is still a bit long so might have little variations.
In this fight, Dredger Butler did a marvellous job, i almost did not need Rook. But if the butler eats a crit, you should use Rook's ability Dark Fate to counter Falling Murloc. |

If unlikely RNG should occur, Gill'dan can finish.

1. I have updated the Dredger Butler's moves so they show correctly now, so thank you for pointing that out!
2. This strategy did not go quite as indicated for me:
~ My Slimy Darkhunter is a P/S breed, which has the lowest HP of all three breeds, so if Coach hits me with three, normal Thrash hits then Sir Murkeston will kill my Darkhunter with its Falling Murloc Hit. Suggestion: May need a breed restriction, or alternate moves for the lower hp breed below the main strat.
~ As such, my Dredger Butler had to come in early. I followed the moves for Greatest Foe, but needed an extra Face Punch to finish him off. When Sir Murkeston came back in, I managed to get a couple hits on Sir Murkeston, but I did have to Pass the first round because my two damage abilities were on CD.
~ When I brought Rook in, the fight has gone on long enough that he finally uses Righteous Inspiration and very nearly kills Rook with a buffed Falling Murloc. I won with less than 200 hp.
Suggestion for Dredger Butler & Rook: I didn't test it, but using Stone Form on round 1 with Sir Murkeston in this iteration may keep him alive long enough to eat the Righteous Inspiration hit, or you can swap out Rook for Mawsworn Minion and slot Deflection to avoid the Righteous Inspiration buffed hit.
However, it did work, though I can't report much in the way of crits, as I didn't get many in the few times I ran it.

- I remove the part of the description about the butler abilities.
- Regarding Slimy Darkhunter, I indeed have H/P and P/B breeds, so your conclusion about the breed is correct. I add a restriction, despite I don't remember which one I used in this challenge.
- Regarding Rook : he only appears for 1 hit at the end of my strat. but the reason n°1 I choose him was his ability Dark Fate. If Rook comes to get hit by Falling Murloc, he can mirror damage Sir Murkeston with this ability. Since it has gone well in my challenge, I did not have the opportunity to try it.
- I agree with your suggestion about Dredger Butler : If you lose Slimy Darkhunter early, then using Stone Form will help you recover from Falling Murloc and start over on Greatest Foe with a full HP pool, and you will refresh the CD before killing Foe. If you cast Stone Form 1 hit before killing Foe, you will be almost full health for Sir Murkeston and you might not even need Rook.
- I don't have the Mawsworn Minion, I cannot say if it's better or not. yet, I think Rook is a good choice for Sir Murkeston, since he has a strong damaging Undead ability, a good HP pool and Dark Fate to counter Falling Murloc damage.
