Tried with Bronze Whelpling. Watcher absolutely annihilated the first two pets with Eye Beam and then the third didn't have anything for the cannon. It was Murkastrasza, so I switched it and the Bronze Whelpling.

After the Soul of the Aspects died, I brought in Murkastrasza
Cauterize (get hit with Eye Beam, then nearly full heal)
Flame Breath
Draconic Remedy
Flame Breath until dead

Brought in Bronze Whelpling
Tail Sweep
Lift Off (avoids Eye Beam coming off cooldown and kills Watcher)

Either of the first two tail sweeps critting is enough. This gives you an estimated 10 pulls before it works.

I used Soul of the Aspects 221 and two dragons with tail sweep and lift off.
Start with Deflection.
Breath, Breath, Breath,
Deflection, SotA dies
Next dragon tail sweep, lift off, tail sweep until win
