This one worked for me after trying two other ones! I didn't have the second fragment of suffering leveled, and subbed in Naxxy (with instructions from other strats). I never even needed Naxxy. HP Frag. of Anger and HB Frag. of Suffering. I did keep Spirit Spikes on cooldown.

against battery i'd keep spirit spikes on cooldown.
also since seethe and spiritfire bolt roll on their damage the battle can always turn out differently. so instead of listing every round individually (which most likely rarely will work out that way) you'd be better off giving instructions in form of priorities instead
