S/S Temple Snake (2, 2, 1) in place of Elder Python worked just as well. Rotation: Burrow, Poison Fang, Counterstrike, then Poison Fang until dead. Follow rest of strat. I didn't need Kneebiter.

It worked first try, but i didn't had to black claw again since the first one was still active and the second hunting party defeated him. (edited)
