Undermoths are known to be some of the most intelligent moths on Azeroth. This is not saying much.
I found one in Rak-Ush (78.81, 80.50), so it does not only appear near Weaver's Lair as suggested by the Source information. It was in the backline though.
It might! I think the Abyssal Lurker might be the same way. They were likely first created as a reward for something, then tossed in as wild pets, but kept their default blue quality. ^^
