Dreamsurges are a new world event arriving in Patch 10.1.7, Fury Incarnate.

A Dreamsurge will permeate one Dragon Isles zone per week. Every 30 minutes, a Dreamsurge event will pop up somewhere in the zone, allowing players to complete objectives. You can collect Dreamsurge Coalescence (the currency for the event) from completing objectives in a Dreamsurge zone or looting items around the zone, which can be used to purchase items.
