I chose H/P.

With this moveset, you are either going Blizzard->Liftoff or Predatory Strike->Blizzard for your damage.

As a flyer, Health is always good, and Speed has only half its usual value, so I chose it over the P/B, which seems to me the other reasonable choice, and might be better in a case where the opposing pet has the median speed value of 260.
