This pet has tremendous airborne agility and will always land on its feet, even when flung by a home-made spring-loaded leaper-flinger.

Adventures (Command Table): Shadowlands

You will need to unlock your Shadowlands Command Table through your Covenant's Sanctum Upgrades NPC. This will cost 500 Anima and take 1 hour to unlock.

Once you unlock the Command Table, you must progress through campaign progress missions until you reach around the level ~30 missions. At this point, you'll begin to see the pets that drop as Adventure rewards show up on your table.

The specific mission for the Runelight Leaper is Campaign: Rescue the Runelight Leaper

Keep in mind, your access to the missions for the pets will be limited because their mission rewards will also include a campaign progress token.

If you're looking for a good guide for unlocking the command table on alts to farm pets and Polished Pet Charms, this guide by Canadia TV on YouTube is a good place to start.
