20	Any Level 1+ Pet	stencil	This was the best I could come up with for a pet leveling team for this boss. It has worked, but there is rng involved because we can't know exactly when Lift will Dive. I only got 239 xp from the quest so it might not be worth it, but I'm submitting the strat anyway for those who are into the 2 pet thing and perhaps someone can improve it. A few of the strengths of the Nibs/Trunks team vs this boss: 1) The 1 round where lift isn't attackable while diving can be productively used powering up Barrel Toss or casting Roar. 2) Spending 2 rounds on an ability like Barrel Toss is stronger than two regular attacks vs the shell shield. 3) Nibs is Undead which is good versus the fast and strong Bruldan, letting you get extra attacks in. 4) Trunks has Ethereal for a dodge; Ethereal always goes first which is nice 5) Trunks is a Magic breed so damage from the big hits (doom, headbutt) has a cap. I don't understand why this isn't the #1 strat. This is way better and *quicker* than the first one. Maybe there is some rng in this that I haven't seen yet?

Probably a long-term result of early downvotes when the team was missing a Speed requirement for the Runelight Leaper and people only saw theirs being wrecked, combined with two Shadowlands pets that people who started later (or paused during SL) don't have.

this strategy needs some work or updates, as his 2nd pet destroys the Runelight leaper and his 2nd pet will still have around 900 HP. I've tried it 3 times in a row, and it's always the same result.

Your uploaded collection suggests your only Runelight Reaper Breed is S/B and therefore doesn't match the Speed requirement. People mentioned they were successful with a higher Health Breed too, but that would be H/S and not your S/B. So this strategy is not for your actual roster, sorry.

I succeeded on first attempt with an H/S Runelight Leaper. My recommendation is to restrict the strategy to that breed only, as the other breeds seem to not have enough health to reliably last through Brul'dan. (edited)

Sorry to all the people who had trouble with their Runlight Leaper breeds, this was never meant for those being slower than Brul'dan. Congrats to the people who managed to make it work with the higher Health H/S breed. Added a Speed requirement to reflect that.

Failed three times in a row. Larion Cub dies with Swole still having 160ish health. Using S/B Runelight Leaper.
Worked on forth attempt when I did the moves manually with Larion Cub. So possibly something with the script. (edited)

4		Lazey	This is based on the original 10.1 PTR tamer pets' stats/quality/etc. It might need adjustments on last-minute changes (potential nerfs). Added a Speed requirement for Runelight Leaper, forgot about that since I only have S/S breed duplicates... this is absolutely about being the one to attack first with that pet. 8		limejelo	These are the pets that I have and that I use. I don't know if other breeds of these pets would work (I expect that they would) and I haven't tried alternatives to these pets. This is a fairly generic strategy (not necessarily generic, but using more common pets than some of the other strategies) and I expect that alternative pets would also work. I created this strategy because I could not use any of the other strategies (because of lack of specific pets). I welcome comments, additions, and improvements. Some people listed alternative pets in the comments there if you needed one, though it has a different middle pet, obviously. Basically, it is a fast pet that can do a lot of damage quickly against the first enemy (and is strong and tough versus critters) with some sort of Dodge, a pet that is tough and strong versus magic, and another pet that either mirrors the first exactly or has a good self-heal instead of a Dodge. 20	Any Level 1+ Pet	stencil	This was the best I could come up with for a pet leveling team for this boss. It has worked, but there is rng involved because we can't know exactly when Lift will Dive. I only got 239 xp from the quest so it might not be worth it, but I'm submitting the strat anyway for those who are into the 2 pet thing and perhaps someone can improve it. A few of the strengths of the Nibs/Trunks team vs this boss: 1) The 1 round where lift isn't attackable while diving can be productively used powering up Barrel Toss or casting Roar. 2) Spending 2 rounds on an ability like Barrel Toss is stronger than two regular attacks vs the shell shield. 3) Nibs is Undead which is good versus the fast and strong Bruldan, letting you get extra attacks in. 4) Trunks has Ethereal for a dodge; Ethereal always goes first which is nice 5) Trunks is a Magic breed so damage from the big hits (doom, headbutt) has a cap. Also, Dive does reduced damage vs magic breed.	RNG Level 1+ Tricky	2	1.0	0	140 2:20	18
