Go to /way 64.12 35.37 Witch Doctor Jangalar. She will offer you a quest Monstrous Matchmaker. YOU NEED TO FINISH the entire chain of making sure that the brutosaurs fall in love.

Ben Fon pet will be available at Happy Holaua immediately after chain completion. You don't need to wait for the mail. The pet will be available to purchase for 300 charms.
