In Hallowfall we'll help the Lamplighter in events where players collect Radiant Remnant and then Contribute Radiant Remnant on Keyflames (up to 20x, everyone can contribute) to trigger bonus objectives and Elite Rare spawns, or on Lesser Keyflames (3x, player-specific) to spawn NPCs with quests and special vendor purchases (usually things to help with the events) for Hallowfall Arathi reputation, Resonance Crystals, and more.

When you activate the Lesser Keyflame in the Torchlight Mine area, Attica Whiskervale will appear with a quest (probably Glow in the Dark) and some dialogue about Captain Lancekat. When you read everything about the Captain, Tale of Tails will also be available. Accept both quests to make sure you'll get Attica's Cave Torch because you can't complete some of the required steps without its Attica's Cave Torch aura or a similar effect that reveals hidden items like the Patrol Torch (vendor purchase from Yorvas Flintstrike when you activate his keyflame).

Head to the entrance of the Coldshadow Cave, and activate your torch to reveal "Peevish" Paeton Berncort and Beef when you come close. Talk to Paeton, grab Beef, and leave the cave. Outside fly around and Grab three more Lynx kittens. Then return to Attica and turn in your quest to receive Thunder.
