This wild pet can only be spawned by using the item, Young Mutant Warturtles.

It can be purchased from Laura Malley in the Dalaran Underbelly (sewers), for 1,500 Sightless Eyes.

Using this crate will spawn 4 wild Young Mutant Warturtles near Laura Malley. Other players may engage in battle with these wild pets, not just the user of the item.

Beware: The guards keep the sewers peaceful, however if they are paid to 'take a break', the Underbelly will become a contested, free-for-all world PVP area temporarily.

While you can't cage a Warturtle and sell it on AH, you can still kinda buy them on AH. The item you buy that drops four turtles on to the ground for capture, that can be sold on AH. I've sold a couple of them. You're still responsible for capturing the warturtles once you've dropped them, though, so there'sstill some small risk that you don't capture any.
