It seems to be completely random whether or not these parts spawn during a Necrolord Assault according to posts on Wowhead, and I've personally not been able to find any during the most recent Necrolord Assault, so I'm not sure how or when they spawn.

It seems that if they aren't present during the Necrolord Assault you just need to keep checking randomly until you find them regardless of which assault is currently up.

Edit: I found the Lil' Abom parts the following week while a Venthyr Assault was up, so if you can't find them just keep checking until they're there. (edited)
