It seems that if they aren't present during the Necrolord Assault you just need to keep checking randomly until you find them regardless of which assault is currently up.
Edit: I found the Lil' Abom parts the following week while a Venthyr Assault was up, so if you can't find them just keep checking until they're there. (editiert)
