The chest spawns at random locations within the hold.

The chest is not always up. Once it's up the chest location will show on your minimap. Addons that announce rares will also announce when the chest spawns (only tested with rarescanner).

The pet Luminous Webspinner is not 100% drop but you can hop servers and try as many times as you want in a day.
