You need to bring 4 x Forbidden Tomes to the inside of the building at /way #1525 38.40 69.25
Scrivener Lenua will appear above the library and will make her way inside to the tomes.
Notes for collecting tomes:
- A Curious Cache WQ might interfere with seeing tomes if it happens to be up
- You can collect these while flying, however, be sure to hover above tome before right-clicking on it. If you actually land first, you'll get dismounted when interacting with the tome, and trying to mount again will drop tome.
- Casting any spells will make you drop tome.
- Can't fight whilst you carrying tomes, you can click to drop it.
- If dropped you have about 30s before it disappears.
- After dropping the tomes off in the building, they respawn quickly so there's no need to run too far to fetch more.

To summon this guy you need collect 4x Forbidden Tomes to place in Forbidden Libary at /way 37,9, 68,6
After place Forbidden Tomes in Forbidden Libary the rare will spawn in any seconds.
