Crib of Destur's strat here.
I went for speed instead of health. Should be fairly RNG free except for crits from Beauty. Also not sure how the lower health options for alts to the Fangtooth will hold up. With my Fangtooth, I took a crit from Sunlight, then 3 normal Quills hits and still made it to Conviction. |

Main RNG is getting 3 Quills hits by Beauty when Spirit Spikes is active. If you Bubble the turn immediately after Spirit spikes, you can def kill Beauty with Spirit Claws while Bubble is active but then you won't have it to avoid Conviction's attacks, and Quills burns Bubble easy anyways so I'd restart. You can also probably run Sandstorm instead of renewing mists on Sandyback for more offense, but Renewing Mists is pretty safe and your Pinch is already getting buffed from Dignity's rain so it doesn't take too long.

Also, tossed in a heal with the Emperor Crab during Conviction, and almost managed to get it down without needing the Mud Jumper, who survived Dignity with only 1hp left.

Went with Moonshell crab (1,1,2; cast Shell shield->Moon tears->Arcane Slash untill Beauty dies) like said before and worked like a charm.
Used Spawn of G'nathus (2,2,2l; paralyzing shock->jolt->shield. Make sure to shield when Conviction uses Dark Rebirth) but I guess as long as you dont kill Conviction during Dark Rebirth and he stays low its fine.
Went with Benax (1,1,1) instead of a Mud Jumper, pet from Frog rare in Suramar right outside the Nightfallen hub. Instant rare and has better stats for the fight with more power instead of speed you can get with a Mud Jumper

Ich habe Schnappen so lange fortgesetzt, bis Überzeugung bei etwa 200 HP war, und habe dann einmal Welle der Heilung und einmal Strudel benutzt (damit dunkle Wiedergeburt nicht ausgelöst wird, Überzeugung benutzt das in etwa zu dem zeitpunkt), und danach mit einem letzten Schnappen Überzeugung getötet.
Mit etwas Glück hat meine Krabbe Noblessie auf unter 100 HP vor ihrem Tod gebracht, und Schlammhüpfer musste nur einmal Wasserjet benutzen. :)
