The only way I was able to make this work was by adding a Toxic Smoke after the 2 x Wind-Up on Rocko.

This worked for me without any issues. After Flock I had to use one more Quills to finish off the battle.

21		Noctiluca	I tried to come up with a faster strategy but I couldn't seem to get it below 1:40 despite experimenting with different pets in second slot. I think my favorite was Eye Of Corruption with Chaos Beam x 2, Curse of Doom, Nightmare for its moves but it ended up being just as fast. Dibbler was a more common pet I decided.
