What's up everyone! This strategy worked after the Shadowland changes.

This one is kinda weird since is never the same. The trick is killing Lilly as near as possible for the Apocalisse countdown. From a sample of 10 battles, Lilly fell 1 to 4 turns before the end of the countdown. Remember that just beating Lilly is not the priority here!

You can replace Lepre di Montagna with any S/S rabbit, the speed is needed to go before Lilly.

You can replace Buccino Salmastro with a snail of any breed as long as it has Tocco della Melma and a spammable ability like Melma Acida. If you wanna go Leeroy Jenkins, you can replace the Buccino Salmastro with any other critter with more than 1481 HP. As long as you beat Lilly with 1 to 2 turns of the Apocalisse countdown, you will win easily.

No longer works as of Shadowlands 9.2.7. Most of the hares/rabbits are not fast enough, and their dodge/burrow abilities both take longer to come off of cooldown so that they are taking more hits from Lilly. Tried with multiple versions and they all died long before Lilly did, and then Lilly heals so that the whelk can't take him out before taking a beating.

I did not have a Nether Roach and used my Experimental Roach. It was rough but still worked! 43 health left on my hare at the end.

My H/B Whelk didn't survive Ticker, but my Spring Rabbit was able to Flurry it down in a single turn. It was very close though, my Rabbit had only ~45 HP left when it came in to finish the fight.
