There might be a breed requirement for the fly, I am using a PB Glowfly and it usually dies on round 12. This means I needed an extra 1-2 pecks after the last Drain Blood.

I also made a slight change to the strat:

Since Trailblazer uses Dodge during Turn 10 and ignores the round 10 and 11 Scratches, I figured Swarm (3rd slot, both flies) on Round 10 would be better than 3x Scratches with 2 of them doing 0 damage. The 3rd round of Swarm in round 12 deals more damage than Scratch.

1x Scratch deals 487 Critter Damage
3rd Round of Swarm deals 511 Critter Damage

Shrine Fly dies at turn 12 repeatedly due to the dodge. Even adding in an extra drain blood didn't keep me alive long enough to complete it.
