It works IF ice tomb doesn't end up killing Tempe. If Tempe dies and the moth comes in at the start of a turn the moth will kill Xu-Fu before he can cast Moonfire, which happened my first attempt somehow. Second try worked fine.

changed out tarachnid for feline familiar prowl then call of darkness then swap to snowfang and carry on with dragons pattern

the strat suggested by soulxchange finally worked for me, but it was close! Both backline pets were dead and Xu-Fu was down to 240 hp when Tempe died.

I didn't have the proper breed for my Tarachnid Stalker, so I settled for an Аметистовый паучок with [2/2/2] Ядовитый плевок, Режущая паутина and Полчища паучков. It worked just fine. :D

This didn't work for me the first time. Tempe didn't use Conflagrate on my Snowfang, so he used it on XuFu. Lol.
