The strat worked well. Unfortunately, the script did not work after three attempts. It was not using the Call Lightning ability towards the end of the fight. Once I manually activated the ability I was able to win the battle.

Are you using the latest version of the tdBPS replacement "Pet Battle Scripts"? I think older versions had a problem with scripts using ability duration and < or > for quite a while, if it's not that, I'm not sure what could cause your issue.
