Terra Bruciata for strong ticking damage, coupled with Dardo d'Elementio buffed by Shattered Defenses for a stunning knockout punch. It's not very nice, but it's appropriate. Really, the hardest part is finding the cave entrance, so I've included a waypoint for it.
