Since there is a fair amount of RNG in this fight it does not always work. I had success about 4 out of 5 times. The goal is to use Decoy on the first round against each enemy pet, get one damage attack in and then swap out before the pandaren dragonling takes any damage. It is just sufficient to do enough damage on most attempts.

I tried this a couple more times, and the primary issue is the RNG on Claw. If you don't roll above average for most of them, your Feline won't be able to kill Lesser Charged Gale. (edited)

Found a strategy that works with "Old" pets that u probably already have lv 25
with some thinking it works, pet required : dragonling mech/darkmoonfaire zep / any pet with non mech attack that deals good damage
TL;DR i'm lazy to write anyway but i want to help version :
mech dragonling :
-Decoy
-thunder
swap for Darkmoon zep
-Decoy
- wing attack that vulnerable
-bomb
swap for the mech dragon :
finish him then try to chunk what u can off the 2nd pet
finish the fight with your other 2 pet and a good health advantage unless he crits u good

Pocket Cannon x/1/1, Mechanical Pandaran Dragonling 1/2/2, third mechanical (will only be needed in most extreme rng)
Start with Pocket Cannon.
Turn 1: Extra Plating.
Turn 2-5: Frost Shot and Charged Gale will be dead.
Lesser Twisted Current comes in.
Turn 1: Frost Shot
Turn 2: Extra Plating
Frost Shot until you die. I always managed to get off 2 hits then die before I could do a third.
Bring in MPD.
Turn 1: Decoy, then Thunderbolt to kill LTC.
Mind Warper comes in
Breathe until Mind Warper dies.
If something happens and you need to bring in MPD early/late, time decoy to avoid Counterspell and Breathe otherwise.
