You can use an H/H Minfernal in place of either or both of the Abyssals, it was just easier for me to snag one from the AH than go farm in Felwood. I have won 10 times in a row with this fight, it relies a lot less on the damage of Scambio di Vita, and usually have ~400 in overkill from the final Impeto di Potere. Due to how Vento Tagliente works this fight always has an element of RNG but I am confident with this strat you would need to get multiple 3-slice hits, and a couple crits to fail. So when I used Surge of Power my Manafiends got rooted and were not swapped out. It definitely still worked, but this is what my rounds looked like:

1. Pass
2. Soulrush
3. Surge of Power - Rooted & Recovering
4. Void Gate hits Manafiend #2
5. Slicing Wind hits Manafiend #2 and dies
I bring in Manafiend #3
6. At this point, it's the round before Void Gate, so I just go straight into Surge of Power - Rooted and Recovering
7. Void Gate hits Manafiend #3
8. Predatory Strike hits Manafiend #3 and dies
Bring in Manafiend #1
9. Barely survive 3 Slicing Wind Hits to Surge of Power and win.
