The health restriction for the Tiny Twister is in case you're crit with Void Gate, then have to eat another Void Gate because the Tide Spirit is killed early and that Void Gate crits as well. This worked perfect for me and my Thundertail Flapper was only level 23 and common xD.. Didn't even need the second Leap at the end

Did not have an ele pet with call lightning, so used Core Hound Pup instead. In place of that turn used howl, then burrow, and was an easy win. Thanks!
