This is based on the original 10.1 PTR tamer pets' stats/quality/etc. It might need adjustments on last-minute changes (potential nerfs).
In all my testing I've only seen Fethres using Feign Death once, so please excuse me for completely ignoring the RNG that would add to the fights. |

Did not test with other breeds of Moon Moon. Mine was a P/P breed. I imagine this strategy will only be effective with a PP breed unless your third pet has skills to hold its own against Talons.
Half of the time the fight ends on Moon Moon. The other half it will end on your third pet to finish off Talons. Recommend to have a pet with a skill that is strong against magic like Moonfire. The Strategy changes depending on if Jade Defender successfully blocked Surge (Strat 1) or gets hit by it (Strat 2). Won 6 of 7 attempts |
