it baffles me how someone creates an alternative set using half the same pets. If you dont have one pet, you cant do it with any of the sets.

I don't have a L25 Wretched Servant, so I swapped in a Father Winter's Helper with the same move-set as Winter's Little Helper (2,1,2). Worked first time - though I had luck with the RNG on sleep etc. (Pets had 1664H 341D 236S; 1481H 276D 276S; 1481H 276D 276S respectively).

Same here. I don't know what move-sets your enemy pets had when you made this strat, but my Slimy Darkhunter never comes close to surviving the first hit from Needlenose, making the entire thing fail badly. And yes, of course I'm using level 25 rare pets. This needs to 100% be marked as RNG.

The strategy still works when your Slimy Darkhunter dies to the first hit from Needlenose. Follow the instructions labelled plan B.

Its not the slimy darkhunter fault for me - the fail starts after going to plan B servants does the job but dies and helper can only survive 2 turns, hes slower then so he only attack ones before dying. Even when i dont need plan B Brite is able to to solo kill both helper and servant. It worked eventually, but took me 13 tries. (edited)

The success rate does seem to have dropped since I created it, probably due to the buff to Toxic Fumes, which went from a 5 round cooldown to 3. Needlenose can change the weather back to Toxic Gas quite quickly now. I may revisit this strategy.

with slimy darkhunter i did moonfire, then sewage eruption, then nether blast. i was able to beat it that way

So I don't have any Slimy pets and no Wretched Servant so I used the following:
- Void-Scarred Anubisath (2/2/2): Use Creeping Insanity, Soulrush, and then Spiritfire Bolt till dead
- Father Winter's Helper (2/1/2): Gift first, then Blizzard, and then Ice Lance till Dead
- Winter's Little Helper (2/1/2): Gift ended up killing last pet, but Blizzard/Lance if needed)

Ofc, if 1st turn sleep restart.

I used Grumpling (2 X 1).
(Gift of Winter's Veil -> Snowball until Grumpling dies)

The same TD script as listed in the strategy works, except that you need to manually use Ice Lance once to kill off Star Tail, since Grumpling can not finish Star Tail without luck.

Fine strat for tough battle. Thanks also to Abi for the advice about restarting. Took me 3 tries: #1 sleep and restart; #2 PS Darkhunter didn't survive to Moonfire and Plan B wasn't enough (so I will be leveling an HP to 25); #3 smooth and easy, exactly as planned.

This strat works totally fine.

To anyone starting this trainer for family exorcist: the most important thing about *all* these strats is restarting if put to sleep on round 1. Don't think for a second you can cheese it, this trainer is super RNG and you can't start on the back foot. That's my pro tip for not wasting time.
