Your first pet should have a one turn ability that does some good damage, like Minfernal with Immolate, Pandaren Dragon Hatchling with Thunderbolt, spores with Glowing Toxin or Creeping Fungus, Motorized Croaker with Water Jet, etc. Try to avoid moves that do weak damage against elementals, or moves that require you to be faster, as Scorch has 366 speed.
Your second pet can be anything with explode, the more health the better. |

I updated it to have an Aqua Strider in the second slot with Pump and Water Jet, and modified the script as follows:
use(Explode:282) [ round = 5 ]
use(Frost Shot:1865)
change(Aqua Strider:836)
use(Pump:297) [ enemy.hp > 730 ]
use(Water Jet:118)
Using that, Pet-Sim reported 1000 wins and zero defeats from 1000 tests
