My first try failed. My Anklerender is SS Breed, so I guess that is probably why it could not finish Lilly off in 3 rounds and shifts the strategy a bit to be more susceptible to RNG. The Feline Familiar died too soon and the randomly selected 3rd pet was a Corgnelius so it was not effective to finish the fight.

My second try I had better crits and only needed the 2 pets. I chose Thaumeturgical Pig (2 2 2) as a backup, but I suppose any Beast with Magic attacks would work.

Works okay but needed my 3rd pet, Flawless Amethyst baubleworm to finish ticker almost completely. 1, 2, 2 Stoneskin first, light, then illuminate to finish ticker off. While Illuminate did crit, i think it will work even without.

Flawless Amethyst Baubleworm is the perfect 3rd pet for this strat. My Feline Familiar died and left Ticker at almost full health. My FAB crushed Ticker, no problem.

Worked for me! Killed Lilly only with anklerender, because it crit, or else I wouldn't. So worked without using my third pet. Thanks!

Didn't remotely work, the Anklerender does not kill the first pet, and everything is a mess from there.

Worked in SL pre-patch, but Feline Familiar didn't manage to kill Ticker, so a third pet was need to finish him off (Ticker was at ~50% HP)

Didn't work the first time, but worked great the second! Seems to all depend on just how much Onyx Bite manages to do on each of the two remaining pets. :)

This strat worked easily the 1st time! Thanks so much, was having lots of issues with the other strats here.

YMMV. Tried 3 times, failed 3 times. SS Anklerender, PB Familiar. Followed strat each time as described. Brought on Ash'ana as 3rd pet the 4th time. Got one Onyx Bite off on Ticker, switched to Ash'ana so he couldn't heal off the kill, used Moonfire and won. (edited)

My Anklerender is PB, that might be the difference.

Yes! Swapping to a third pet just before Ticker kills Feline Familiar is the way to go! On my attempt Ticker had very little HP left, so I think that any third pet would have done the trick.
Great strat and great tip! Thank you both! (Worked on first attempt).
