I tried this with the Crazy Carrot, Ominous Flame, and the Zephyrian Prince (Tiny Twister was too low). Doing it exactly as written, I wasn't quite making it. Maybe a breed issue - all three are P/S. Five tries and I died before he did. I decided to try one last time, and instead of Spiritfire Bolt, I used Nimbus. Success! Not sure if it was luck or Nimbus - but I wanted to put it out there. Great strat - ty!

I didn't have a tiny Twister, so I subbed in the Pandaren water spirit and Geyser, Dive, then Water Jet until dead.

Worked like a charm!

Didn't work for me. He always had about 32-160 health left when my PWS died. You need to get several crits to scrape together enough damage. So, possible, but didn't work for me the five times I tried it.

Newer to pet battling, and I did not have either a Drop of Y'shaarj or an Ominous Flame, so I substituted a Fetid Waveling (2-2-2) and used an H/P Tiny twister. Tried this out twice and both tries were a kill with no crits from my pets for damage.

Blistering Cold
Switch to Tiny Twister
Call Lightning
Flyby
Pass - Tiny Twister dies before doing anything
Switch to Fetid Waveling
Corrosion
Creeping Ooze
If fetid is still alive, do another Corrosion and flummox should die
If fetid died, Switch to Crazy Carrot
Jab or Blistering Cold

I make this with a Tiny Twister P/P, it was more quickly than flux, and make and Slicind wind in the turn that you Pass, then bring my LEVEL 23 fetid waveling and finish the job without die.

Repit, a LEVEL 23 fetid waveling.

I don't know why this is an alternate strat, worked like a charm. Ominous Flame is a bit rare/expensive to get where all these pets are affordable. Awesome strat I didn't think that would work so well as it did.

This should be the #1 strat. Worked perfectly with a P/S Crazy Carrot, H/S Tiny Twister, H/B Fetid Waveling. So many DoTs! More DoTs!

Great strat. I leveled my carrot up to 21 and did this with a S/B Tainted Waveling and a P/B Tiny Twister. I did get an extra hit in with the twister before it died.

Awesome strat. Pets much easier to get than listed ones. Should be pinned as primary strat imo. :)

This needs to be the number 1 strategy. Done with a level 24 Fetid Waveling and both it and the Crazy Carrot survived. Very cool DoT strategy.

I got close with crazy carrot 111, tiny twister 112, and tiny snowman112, but he had 130 health left and my attacks weren't strong enough.

Both my Carrot and Flame were lvl 1, so I travelled throught Azeroth from master to master leveling them. This would be my last fight for elementals, so really hope it works. :)

I have to admit I was a bit scared my two pet had died very soon, but it was a pleasure watching him die at the grasp of blistering cold. Totaly worth the leveling! <3

Is totally dependent on if you get 3 hits from your slicing wind or 2. I need 3 every last time and only get 2.

Used Mischief 1-1-1 instead of Ominous Flame. Forboding Curse, Fel Immolate, Bite, Bite.

Mischief is a beast though and not an elemental so this wouldn't work for Ragnaros, Watch and Learn.

I didn't have a Tiny Twister, so I used an Elementium Geode 2/2/2. Elementium Bolt, Amplify Magic, then use Spark until it's over. It was close, but it worked without any crits or blatant RNG. I know Flummox picks his moves at random a lot of the time, though, so take it with a grain of salt.

I think you have to get lucky with the number of times your geode's spark hits. I've tried 5 times now and Flummox still has about 100 hp when the geode dies. I finally caved and leveled the twister and got him down on the first try. The twister is definitely the better option if you have the patience (or battle training stones) to level it.
