This fight has RNG whatever team I used. Finally I get it done with Mojo, Tundra Penguin and Spawn of G'nathus.

Mojo (212): Swarm of Flies-Healing Wave-Tongue Lash until Lil' Spirit Guide is in undead phase. Then I used again Swarm of Flies (to get more rounds for next pet)

Tundra Penguin (121): Slippery Ice - Ice Lance until Quillino is dead

Spawn of G'nathus(222): Lightning Shield-Jolt-Paralyzing Shock-Jolt (if necessary)

Thanks for the great strategy, Xu-Fu & Co! The frogs + g'nathus worked perfectly. It seemed a tad close at the end, but with Mojo leading the charge (my only fast frog), everything worked out.

Vert's strategy worked well for me. The other strategy posted above has far too many variables. None of my pets came close to killing their intended targets, and I completely wiped. With Vert's strategy, my Magical Crawdad not only survived Quillino, he took off at least 33% of Fethyr's health before I swapped him out for Spawn of G'nathus to finish the fight. After the battle, I still had two living pets.

First pet: 3 11111111 till you both die. Some RNG dependent, 3rd time trying it I died early
second pet: if he misses you once you won't die to the 3rd pet liftoff, so reset it
Third Pet: Pray he doesn't lift off. 2 3 1, you get a 2nd 1 ability before liftoff

I would suggest using Surge instead of Snap for Emperor Crab even if it deals lower dps - it will always go first and that is a huge advantage in this particular fight.

Anyway, I went with:
Swamp Croaker (2/2/2)
Emperor Crab (2/2/2)
Eternal Strider (2/1/2)

Croaker takes out Spirit, pretty much according to the guide. Emperor Crab should use Whirlpool on CD and Surge, use Healing Wave on CD. If you're lucky your Crab will survive second pet and will be able to Surge->Heal->Whirlpool the bird as well. I finished bird with one Pump but I might have been lucky as well.

This combo worked the first time I tried it:
Leopard Tree Frog (212)
Tundra Penguin (221)
Moonshell Crab (111)
First apply Swarm, then Healing Wave, finish with tongue, heal when on CD
On Quillino, apply swarm
Bring in Penguin and use Slippery Ice and then Ice Lance
On Fethyr continue with Penguin until he's dead
Bring in Moonshell Crab and use Shell Shield, Renewing Mists and spam Arcane Slash!

I've been looking for a viable leveling pet strat for this fight for weeks and it's so hard, I'm not sure there is one.
This one is the closest I've gotten to reliable so far:

Giraffe Calf 1-2-1 (either breed)
Onyxian Whelpling 2-2-2 ('may' be able to sub Spawn of Onyxia but Whelpling's hp is far higher and it's cutting it fine as it is)
Leveling Pet - lvl15+ (over 636hp, preferably over 848hp to soak a couple of potential crits from Thrash), not Critter (because of Thrash), preferably Flying or Magic with a high hitting single attack (>200)

Turns 1-3. Stampede. If you receive any crits; reset
4. Headbutt. Lil' Spirit Guide dies and resurrects. Sometimes he's stunned, don't worry about it
5. Survival. Lil' Spirit Guide dies again
Quillino comes in
1-3. Stampede. Giraffe Calf dies, usually on turn 2
Bring in Whelpling
1. Scorched Earth
2. Tail Sweep. Quillino sometimes dies here
3. Tail Sweep. If this misses because of Blind; reset
Quillino dies
Fethyr comes in
1-2. Deep Breath
3. Scorched Earth
4. Pass. Whelpling dies leaving Fethyr on ~200hp
Bring in Leveling Pet
1. Use any standard attack to kill Fethyr

All told, it's only 14 or 15 rounds, and it works about 80% of the time (from about 30 attempts I've just had).

I didn't have a fast enough frog and couldn't get it to work with a slower one. Instead I used a Swamp Croaker: Bubble, Swarm of Flies, and Water Jet until dead. Spirit Guide should die the same turn as the Swamp Croaker.

For the second pet, Mud Jumper just wasn't doing enough damage fast enough to kill Quillino, so I used a Strand Crab (or Emperor Crab): Whirlpool on cooldown, Healing Wave as needed (I believe I used it once after the first Whirlpool and then once more on cooldown) and Snap the rest of the time until Quillino was dead.

I managed to get off one more Whirlpool before Fethyr killed my crab, then I followed the above strat with Spawn of G'nathus and finished Fethyr easily.

This one worked perfect for me every time:

Swamp Croaker (2-2-2)
Tideskipper (1-2-2)
Moonshell Crab (1-1-1)

- Swarm of flies
- Bubble
- Tongue Lash until Lil' Spirit Guide dies.
- Swarm of flies on the resurrection round of Lil' Spirit Guide. Swamp Croaker dies. (There is a very small chance that he dies before the enemy, if so just restart match.)

- Bring inTideskipper
- Crush until Quillino dies.
- Fethyr comes in.
- Geyser. Tideskipper dies.

- Bring in Moonshell Crab.
- Shell Shield
- Renewing Mist
- Arcane Slash
- Arcane Slash
- Renewing mist
- Shell shield
- Arcane Slash until Fethyr dies.

This worked better for me, tried after 4 fails with XuFu's. Used a Sea Calf in place of Swamp Croaker because he is my only aquatic (with bubble) faster than Spirit Guide; Bubble, Feed, Water Jet until he died.

The Tideskipper worked out. I also used a HH frog as my first pet, otherwise I wasn't able to keep it alive long enough to do some damage to Quillino.

Nice strat! I tested with B/B Croaker. H/P Tideskipper, P/P Crab.

There is also a chance for Quillino to Blind and Spectral Strike and crit your Tideskipper, but that seems to be the unavoidable RNG with Quillino.

This combo took a lot of luck and chance. I played it over and over until it finally worked. I tried switching out pets in the second and third slot but never found a combination that worked. Eventually, the computer was kind and gave my pets some crits. If Quillion is still alive after your second pet, I'd quit and try again.

This isn't even close to working - i've done 7 fights with this strat, & there's no way any of your pets last into the following enemy pet - my first pet is killed by the Lil' Spirit Guide, & my second pet is killed by Quillano - and then, of course, you can't survive Fethyr's lift off.

S/S leopard frog tree 2/1/2
Benax 2/1/1
Spawn of G'nathus 2/1/1

Swarm -> spam tongue lash untill enemy dies, on his ress round use heal, then soak blind, and u will probably die (if not, refresh swarm, if still not dead, use tongue)

Switch to benax, when blind has 1 round CD use bubble (vey important) otherwise mudslide> tongue lash till 2nd pet dies.

Pass (to soak Lift-Off), if u are still alive -> mudslide> tongue lash, untill frog is dead.

Switch to Spawn of G'nathus

Jolt-> Thunderbolt (if enemy Lift-Off just became available PASS round, he flies up, then you use Dive, then Jolt-> Thunderbolt

Tested this fight several times to make sure it works, as it s VERY RNG :(

That is a very nice strat, using the bubble to neutralise Quillino's Blind.

It does require an addon to count Bredda's cooldowns, and for you to be paying attention to when, exactly, you need to Bubble and Dive.

You could also use another frog with speed > 280 in the first slot. Maybe Mojo or some H/S breeds.

Yep, this trainer is sofa king annoying ;) Glad u liked it, spent a looot of time figuring this out, was very hard with aquatic, i still remember it, omg... :s I think i spent 1 hour or more on this trainer vs aqua pets ^^

Worked with a blue P/P Yellow-Bellied Bullfrog in the first slot, and a Ghostshell Crab (1/2/2) in the second slot, since I didn't have a 25 Mud Jumper. You want to use Bubble where it'll block both attacks in the Spectral Spine / Spectral Strike combo, which isn't necessarily the first turn you bring that pet in, depending on how long your frog lived vs Quilino.

I finally got it after several tries with a speed speed frog, Chuck, and Pengu
Frog- Swarm of Flies, Healing Wave, Tongue Lash, Tongue Lash, (first death of first pet) Swarm of Flies, Tongue Lash
Chuck - Rip, Blood in the Water, Surge till second pet is dead (usually twice). Surge to get first hit on Fethyr. If you don't die from his first Lift Off, Rip and Blood in the water again. Surge till dead.
Pengu - Slippery Ice (keep chill up) Ice Lance until dead.

For me, the mud jumper (uncomman balance) ALWAYS die before kills quilino.... But i think is for the random of the frog attack, 1-2 hits...

Works...but with a trickie crit from Fethyr.
Dunno if it do have any effect...but with Battles I use Safari Hat & Manipulator's Talisman.
At least I succeeded on first try, today.

Safari Hat just gives to your pets more exp.
Manipulator's Talisman is for hunters' pets, warlocks' minions, DKs' ghouls etc.

I dunno, I am using Mojo as my Frog which has a speed of 289 and 4 times now this strat failed, Mojo dies around move 4 and I can't beat them.

Went to Wowhead and found this tactic by Fritaz that worked the first time for me:

Swamp Croaker (2,2,2)
Tideskipper (1,x,2)
Moonshell Crab (1,1,1)

Against Lil' Spirit Guide
1. Swarm of Flies
2. Bubble
3. Tongue Lash until Lil' Spirit Guide dies and resurrects
4. Swarm of Flies, Swamp Croaker dies (if Swamp Croaker dies before this point restart the battle)

Against Quillino
1. Crush until Quillino dies

Against Fethyr
1. Geyser, Tideskipper dies
2. Shell Shield
3. Renewing Mists
4. Arcane Slash
5. Arcane Slash
6. Renewing Mists
7. Shell Shield
8. Arcane Slash until Fethyr dies

I tried two times with this strategy and Swamp Croaker never made it to the second Swarm of Flies. Mojo seemed to work better for me, because it's faster than Lil' Spirit Guide and gets more hits in.

So I tried two times with Mojo instead of Swamp Croaker but Tideskipper wasn't able to kill Quillino because Spectral Strike hit. So I suppose it could work if you use a fast Frog and also restart when Spectral Strike hits.

Also, Geyser can miss when Tideskipper is still blinded. In that case, you might still be able to win, so it's probably not a good idea to restart.

Just Crush against Quillino? Does't work for me at all.. he dies barely making any significant damage... Took him to half HP, then died.

Most of the strategies here rely heavily on rng and failed most of the time, i found combining a few of them will work best:

SS breed (this is actually pretty important, only speed frog!) Leopord Tree Frog (222)
Tideskipper (112)
Moonshell Crab (111)

Vs Spirit Guide:
swarm -> heal -> tongue till dead

Vs Quil:
Swarm -> tongue til frog dies
Swap to Tide -> Crush til quil dead

Vs Fethyr:
Geyser -> Crush til dead
Swap to Crab: Arcane slash til you win!

Finished the battle with my crab almost untouched

This works, IF YOU HAVE a P/S frog. I tried it a few times with H/B frogs, and it failed. Tried it with a P/S biletoad, and it worked perfectly.

I didn't have a P/S Bile leveled up so I used an S/S Leopard Tree Frog. It wasn't ideal but after 2 attempts I got it.

I can confirm that a P/S Biletoad does not always work.. mine had a speed of only 273, idk if the numbers vary for every P/S breed but mine were not enough. Mojo, however, worked great.

The proposed composition couldn't help me in beating Bredda. I could finally managed to do it with the following:

Mojo 2-1-2
Tundra Penguin 2-2-1
Young mutant warturtle 2-2-2

The fight went the same until the first pet died, then Mojo casts swarm of flies and dies to Quillino attack. The penguin enters the battle, casts slippery ice then icelances Quillino until it dies. When Fethyr comes in, the penguin has around 50% of his HP and casts surge. If you survive the Lift-Off ability cast slippery ice and die next round. Mutant warturtle starts with tornado punch to proc a stun, rotate it with jab, use smoke bomb for Lift-Off - and you're the winner.

Asarkhadon's plan works, even with a little play in it. My Mojo died before a swarm on Quillino and Penguin died before could get 2nd slippery ice off, but the turtle saved the day!

I ended up using Mojo, Tundra Penguin, and Spawn of G'nathus.

Asarkhadon you are a life saver. The tactics wasn't working in 4 tries, and i saw your comment afterward. The penguin + warturtle combo worked so good, that the penguin managed to get Fethyr down to 10-15% life before it's death. But the warturtle was good against the liftoff anyway, so no problems there if you aren't that lucky with the misses against your penguin,

I just used this team, and it worked pretty reliably:

Mojo 2/1/2
Puddle Terror 2/1/2
Ghostshell Crab 2/2/1

Mojo strat same as everyone. PT immediately put up Nature's Ward and then Punched the porcupine, then did Dive. Even though it's weak, it dodges the Blind. After that continue punching. This killed the porcupine reliably even when he me twice with that 50% hit chance move.

Then the bird comes and PT eats the Flight, dies. Crab comes in, pop Spirit Spikes so he demolishes himself doing Thrash. Fill with Grasp (I chose this since it was reliable damage), then use Bubble the round before he takes off. Around this time, Spirit Spikes was off cooldown, so I waited for him to pop my bubble and used it again.

This works pretty well even with horrible luck (missed the Swarm of Flies on Quillino and got a few bad crits along the way).

This strat works perfectly my Ghostshell was only 22 and still managed to pull this off finishing at 50% health.

Strategy works only by swapping Thunderbolt for Paralyzing Shock, otherwise it keeps failing due to G'natus not dealing enough damage

Something's wrong with the final Thunderbolt, for me it wasn't dealing the full 536 damage, but only 268

I had so much trouble with this, I feel like I was doing something wrong. The original strat failed four times on me. I tried Asarkhadon's next, and even then it failed once, and the second time I won but nowhere near as successfully as the commenters seem to have done. Glad I don't have to do this again!

mojo 2-1-2
spawn of g'nathus 2-2-1
tiny blue carp 2-1-2

the carp's attacks are strong against flying and that's what saved me in the end

I didn't have luck with this guide either, although I do respect wow-petguide's very much. Mojo, SoG and Tiny Blue carp did the trick for me too. Tbc owned Fethyr btw. Thanks!

Okay, i wiped around 20 times on your tactic and at last got the right working setup without luck.
Frog (speed LESS then 280, take the one with strengh) 2-1-2
Mud jumper (if you have several frogs with same abilities, you should choose the one with health) 2-1-1
Ghostshell Crab 2-2-1

Start with frog. 3-2-1-1-1-2-3. Pass, or yuse any skill. Your frog will die on next round. Even if you are lucky, even if Bredda had no crits.. in any case frog will die.
Change to Mud jumper. 2-3 then spam 1 till death of Quillino. If you are lucky you will will in with around 950 hp. The worst variant i got was 692.
Bird comes in. Pass. 2-1. Press any ability - on next round your frog will die
Change to crab. 3-2-1. Then use abilities depending on situation. If you weren't lucky and missed with 1, do not use 3 if there is 1 round cd of feather healing.

Apparently RNGeezus is being much kinder to you than me. I've used your team 10 times (and counting) with no wins. I don't think Quillino has missed a Spectral Strike yet, blind or not.

This worked on like the 4th try. I use puddle terror instead of crab, but tbh last pet wouldn't have mattered too much. First pet was high on the RNG, and kept dying before his first pet was dead.

First two were rng nightmares, but the crab redeemed. Used Spirit Spikes right after Fethyr healed for the win. So glad I don't have to do this again!

Mud jumper hits for 140, Quillino hits 200-600, how can you POSSIBLY end the round with 692, i've never had more than 150-200.

For me, the key is a frog with > 280 speed (I used Mojo). Tongue Lash does a LOT more damage when it goes first. Giving up a little Power for an extra hit is definitely worth it.
The second fight is going to be a horrible RNG toss-up no matter what. Emerald Turtle (as listed above) or Emperor Crab worked well for me.

Worked great for me, Mud Jumper was even at 615 hp and didnt last past the lift-off round and the crab had to do all the work :)

The first frog must have high speed - tried many times without success until I leveled one with 289 speed. Spawn of G'nathus kept dying so I replaced it with Emerald Turtle 1-2-1 and finally managed to win.

Emperor Crab 1,1,1 is really good here. Might even try a crab in place of the frog on the first one, but was OP against 2nd pet.

Thankyou! this was the only thing that actually worked first go. Tried a crab in first pet slot and it didn't work well fyi. So just used a frog (2,1,2)(didn't have one with speed >280 but still killed first guy) as per strat above. Then emperor crab (1,1,1) to kill the second keeping up shield and heals and he got a few hits on final pet, who Spawn destroyed (2,2,1)

I used Mojo (any fast frog would do) Tongue Lash, Healing Wave and Swarm of Flies
Any tanky crab would do preferably a H/H Breed with Snap, Healing Wave, and Shell Shield
and the Puddle Terror with Water Jet Nature's Ward and Sunlight

The tiki mask was handeld much like anyone else would with swarm of flies healing when needed and tongue lash to fill. I used a combination of Shell Shield and healing wave to survive the porcupet and snap to widdle it down

The bird is the hardest part which is what the puddle terror is for i was only able to get it to around 80-70% with the crab so i used natures ward with the puddle terror to take neutral damage from the bird and used sunlight to help keep my health stable. Yes you will be helping the bird with that sunlight but the ammount of healing you do will outweigh it and just spam Water Jet on turns where you will hit him. this took me some doing but the key is to reaply natures ward on turns where he will be lifting off so counting turns is a must!

If you can't get this to work at first, keep on trying. It is a winning strat, but if you get hit by too many crits you have no hope. Plus it all kind of relies on the spawn of gnathus getting off his attacks at the right time...keep at it and you'll win.

I used frog with 325 speed - in my pet journal it is leopard tree frog
swarm of flies, spam -tongue lash
this frog survived to be able to cast new swarm of flies on Quilino
second pet - gulp froglet - swarm . it killed Quilino,
gulp froglet survived to take Lift off from Fethyr
Tiny blue carp - mana surge, psychic blast .. all done... and carp is still having nice amount of life
this strategie is based on speed of frog, but it works perfectly

I used a similar method, so thank you!! I used faster frog first, Leopard Tree Frog (S/S - 2/1/2), Mud Jumper (H/P - 2/2/1), and Moonshell Crab (P/P - 1/1/2). Obviously still tricky and RNG, but Swarm and Lash to kill first, popped Healing Wave, Swarm on Quilino, so that once Leopard was dead, I could focus on Lash with Mud until Quilino dead, then cleaned up Fethyr with Moonshell w/ Moon Tears once lifted off, then hit with Arcane a couple of times to finish w/ decent health left.

So after having some troubles, I finally beat her with this combo
I went with
Mojo 1 2 1
Emerald Turtle HH - 1 1 1
ghostshell Crab HS 111

same strat for frog, just get flies and spam tongue, heal early
when you bring in em turtle, get shield up as soon as you can, HB when its avail, spam emerald bite. that should kill second pet

Emerald turtle takes the big damage from final pet, should die. use spirit spikes then spam spirit claws

hiya, I used my ss leopard tree frog as you directed, then for second I used my emp crab with surge, renew and shell.. kept them all up.. and had tons life left for last guy, so I was able to level a pet in third slot.. I used my tiny blue carp, did a little switcheroo and just hit once and boom 3+k exp.. I love your page by the way.. so great :)

Tough fight. I tried Emerald Turtle in the third slot, but I only had an H/H one and it just couldn't get the job done. In the end, I went with P/P Yellow Bellied Frog (2, 1, 2), Ghostshell Crab (1, 2, 1) and a P/P Moonshell Crab (1, 1, 2).

I used an S/S Leopard Tree Frog as my "any frog". My Mud Jumper died before it was able to anything to Fethyr, so Spawn of G'nathus had to take the third opponent all by itself. Still, this strategy worked like a charm, I just moved on to the next step.

Used Puddle Terror 2-1-2 aswell. H/P Biletoad 2-1-2 and H/B Mud Jumper 2-1-1 before that. Took a few tries to get it down, but this seemed to be fairly RNG safe.

I guess Spawn of G'nathus should be 2 2 1, however, didnt work for me. Exchanged Gnathus for Ghostshell Crab with Spirit Spikes so that damn Bird would kill itself. However, still somewhat depends on luck with Tongue Lash ans the Mudslide against the 2nd pet since it blindes you

I tried to do the strat suggested and the one from chasmine several times with no luck. Ultimately, I used a combination with a comment by Vifor on Wowhead. I used Jubling with the same skills and followed your outlined turns, but instead of the last Tongue Lash before death I used Swarm of Flies. Against Quillino, I used Ghostshell Crab 1-1-1, shield, spikes, spirit claws x2, spikes, then followed your suggestion for Spawn of G'nathus. I don't know if this is helpful. I kind of "winged-it" on the crab turns.

I used Emerald Turtle against Fethyr, and Shell Shield+Emerald Bite, simple then... I tried the other things suggested here on the page, but nothing worked for me. With Emerald Turtle I had 70% health left on it when Fethyr went boom. I used Biletoad as first pet and Mud Jumper second, hope this helps :)
