In the 2 attempts I just did my Whelpling had the same speed as Sunny and went first both times, so probably go with Tail Sweep first in that case. (My lvl 4 pet gained 8 lvls with just the hat.)

Script can fail if roots is still alive and/or roots stun syncs up with blessing and dream.
I moved change(#3) to the 2nd line and added the condition that we're swapping from our dead first pet to prevent that switching in and out due to stun.
I explicitly defined Tail Sweep to whelpling death and Emerald Bite Roots to death.
Changed ancient blessing to Beaky is active and it's [his first round or our first round or lastused dream]
dream to last used blessing
otherwise spam Emerald Bite

This still probably needs a standby line if you get stunned but I forgot to forfeit and test and just completed the WQ

Couldn't get this to work, so I still used Emerald Proto-Whelp for second pet (after lvl pet swap) but with 2,2,2. skills, and the following skill priority:

-keep Emerald Presence active,
-heal up with Emerald Dream at or bellow %50 health,
-use Emerald Bite otherwise.

No problems:)
